En mémoire - A concert of Remembrance

Join one of Canada’s premiere chamber choirs, the highly regarded Caelis Academy Ensemble (Ottawa), for what promises to be a moving and remarkable afternoon on Saturday November 9th, 3:00 PM, at St. George's Cathedral. Beautiful works by Parisian masters Gabriel Fauré (his setting of *Requiem*, Op. 48, composed 1890) and Maurice Duruflé (his setting of *Requiem*, Op. 9, composed 1943) will be featured, conducted by Kingston native Matthew Larkin, and featuring exquisite solo performances by sopranos Bronwyn Thies-Thompson, and Miriam Rosberg, countertenor Ian Sabourin (of *Quel Talent!* fame), and baritone Michael Carty. This is a must-attend event for lovers of sublime, emotional music that you won't want to miss.
