End of Summer: Filipino Kamayan Feast with Beer Pairing

Boire et manger

Catch the tail of summer and join us for a special Filipino Kamayan Feast and Beer Pairing experience at the Spearhead Brewing Company with Miss Bao Restaurant and Cocktail Bar on Saturday, September 14th

Kamayan Feast, also known as Boodle Fight, is a traditional Filipino feast in which no utensils are used. Food is prepared and arranged along banana leaves as a communal meal for a group to eat entirely by hand. “Kamayan” means “hands” in Tagalog.

This Kamayan Feast includes chicken inasal (grilled chicken thigh), lechon kawali (Filipino crispy pork belly), Inihaw na Liempo (grilled pork belly), prawns, fresh fruits, grilled vegetables, pickles, salsa, dipping sauce, and rice. Your feast will then be paired with 4 x 12oz pours of select Spearhead and Skeleton Park brews.

Each person is $72+tax (with gratuity included) for a dine-in experience you won’t soon forget.
