Showcasing a variety of local solos, duos and trios, this diverse live music program will offer a wide selection of performance styles and genres from Kingston musicians. Today featuring the music of Shook Planet! SHOOK PLANET is a singer, songwriter and producer from Canada putting out fresh punk, rock, and electronic songs. With full writing, performance and production credits, Ted Evans is SHOOK PLANET. Ted has written, recorded, and performed with a number of different bands and artists since he first established himself in 2009 as a part of the vibrant music scene in Kingston. Over the last 11 years, Ted has maintained a steady level of hard-work on his music career, and has grown into a fierce and infectious front-man with a unique sense of style. SHOOK PLANET released 6 singles in 2020 and streamed live music for 66 days in a row from January 1st until March 7, 2021. Working within the bounds of SOCAN's Encore Program, Ted made $10,000 for his online shows. With his distinctive song-writing style, and in-your-face attitude, SHOOK PLANET stands out in any room and on any playlist.
